Has March been the longest for you too? Maybe it was because it was Mustache March… shh don’t tell John I said that! 😬🙈 Or, maybe it was going from short February to a full March. And, having to wait for payday until a Monday! Regardless, it’s finally just about April! Like woah. My goal for April is to be as Plant Based and clean as possible! I plan to follow Dr. Furhman’s Eat To Live program. And, kick my sugar habit to the curb!
The Eat to Live Plan is pretty extreme. A goal go 1 lb of cooked veggies, 1 lb of raw veggies, no meat/ dairy (obvi), sugar or processed food, limited grains, but thankfully unlimited fruit. It could be extremely hard to feed my family this way! So, I’m going to stick with the normal dinner plan we usually have: a couple of meatless dinners, a couple quick and easy, and a couple I know my four-year old would eat.
